 Problem I:
 Steps to reproduce:

 1) go to:
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en
 2) choose "I run" Debian Testing (Buster)

 "Sorry, this version is not available."

 Problem II:

 tor alpha is on 0.3.3.x now (update from 0.3.2.x)
