Comment (by arma):

 Another hopefully useful hint: "Jan 05 09:41:52.927 [warn] Could not bind
 to 127.0.0.1:9150: Address already in use. Is Tor already running?" is
 what you might see when you run Tor Browser but for some reason there is
 already a Tor process running, e.g. from some previous broken attempt at
 running Tor Browser.
