 The user-flow and ui mockups look great!

 The only thing that stands out to me is the language used here in the
 proxy settings. You would probably only need these settings when
 connecting via wifi rather than when on using 4G or whatever mobile data.
 We're sort of implicitly saying that by way of mentioning work or
 university networks but maybe mobile-specific language should be used
 here?
