 ASLR is disabled when compiling with mingw-w64/clang. But we want to have
 it enabled by default for all of our projects (not just Firefox). See:
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1520308 for the corresponding
 Mozilla bug.
