Practically speaking, it looks like it would be a good idea to re-arrange
the repository structure a good deal before writing a setup.py.
distutils/setuptools could probably be bent to deal with the current
structure but it will be a lot easier if chutney changes to look more like
a typical Python project.
Are folks okay with that? I don't know why it is arranged as it currently
is. I would assume just non-familiarity with Python conventions on the
part of the author (and/or non-existence of those conventions at whatever
time Chutney was written).
