 SystemOS: Xubuntu 18.04
 Tor Version 9.0.3

 In Ubuntu Window names are connected to the Process, which is normally
 nothing bad.
 But in the case of Tor Browser it may be - as other applications are able
 to see the window name. Which is not yet an issue - but the Window Title
 is updated when another tab opens.

 This allows other applications to see the Title of the current tab your
 in, which may be an relevant data you dont want to leak to other
 applications.

 Maybe look into it - as i didnt find a solution without adding add-ons.
