 It is possible to skip the creation of already existing mar files by
 setting the `MAR_SKIP_EXISTING` environment variable.

 So it can be done by running:
 {{{
 MAR_SKIP_EXISTING=1 make incrementals-release
 }}}

 Maybe we can document that somewhere, for example in the `README.MAKEFILE`
 file.

 However, I am not sure if we should change that to be the default.
