 Our git scripts and some of our test scripts still support Tor's pre-0.3.5
 directory structure.

 Now that 0.2.9 is unsupported, we can remove this code.

 We should be able to find it by grepping for "0.2.9", "029", "src/or",
 "src/common", "0.3.5", or "035".
