I've created the new queue, at least I think I did. The setup was a little
more complicated than I thought it would be. I documented my findings
here:
https://help.torproject.org/tsa/howto/rt/
The next step is to test the queue. See if you can make sense of it! :)
@pili: I assigned you this ticket, as an RT admin, for the next step. I
believe that would be to grant gus access to the queue somehow, which
might require creating a group. Let me know if you need help!
