 Currently letterboxing somewhat protects against window resize, but it's
 not really enough for tiling window managers for example, who will resize
 the window back and forth all the time. If there was an option to force
 the content size to always be 1000x1000 for example, I wouldn't have to
 worry about accidental or window manager-driven resizing of Tor Browser's
 window. This would also grant high protection against accidental window
 resizing or maximization, if someone's threat model requires it.
