 This is a feature we added in #31391, but was shipped a while ago.

 Can you try pinging the snowflake bridge from a terminal?

 {{{ping snowflake.bamsoftware.com}}}

 If that works, try turning your snowflake off and on again to force it to
 recheck its connection with the bridge.
