 I added the dir-auth list, with the 8 dir ops, on moria.

 I didn't add Lucky (Tonga), since he's special.

 Next, somebody needs to make a dir-auth@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx alias (and whatever
 other aliases are made for lists) on the torproject site.
