 See the updated [https://gitweb.torproject.org/metrics-
 tasks.git/tree/HEAD:/task-2394 code].  There are still a few manual steps
 and you still need to download and extract server descriptor tarballs, but
 at least you don't have to download 2G vote tarballs anymore.
