 The following text on the German Windows installation Page is unnecessary,
 since the Video from Freedom House is no longer in use.

 "Freedom House hat ein Video produziert, das fÃr die Installation von Tor
 hilfreich ist. Du kannst es hier anschauen wie man Tor auf Windows
 installiert. Wenn du ein besseres Video, oder eines, das in deine Sprache
 Ãbersetzt ist, kennst, lass es uns wissen!"
