 On Linux (and other platforms too?), the TBB start scripts currently
 contain checks to prevent launch if another tor+vidalia are running. We
 need to remove these checks.

 We also need to add a "DataDirectory=./Data/Tor" to the vidalia.conf 'Tor'
 section.

 I believe these are the only two changes we need to support multiple
 concurrent Tors (and even multiple concurrent TBBs).
