Comment:

 We should definitely be using some type of encryption for submission of
 client reports to the Backend server.

 ioerror, hellais, and I discussed this in our meeting, and we all agree
 that HTTPS or HTTPO (HTTP over Tor Hidden Service! :D ) should be used,
 not HTTP. The Backend documents should be changed to reflect that.

 Other ideas were discussed, including rsync, or the OONIProxy. I am the
 current maintainer of the Python rsync module, pyrsync on pypi, and that
 monster definitely needs some work if we're going to be using it or any
 derivative of it in OONI.
