 I've just uploaded a screenshot that shows the Tor/Privacy proxy setting
 in the current Pidgin releases. It does what we want and I think it is a
 good example of contextual security awareness by an application. It fails
 closed if the configured proxy settings are incorrect or if the proxy is
 down, etc.
