 When I start the alpha TBB, everything works, but when I click 'view the
 network', there are no relay names in the relay column on the left, and no
 relay details in the 'circuit details' box on the right.

 If I click refresh they get populated. Also, if I restart TBB with cached
 directory info, they get populated.
