 When using the latest git snapshot

 While trying to pipe openvpn through obfsproxy, the socks5 handshake never
 finishes. It never gets past the last line here:

 Using curl with the --socks5 option also hangs at the same place. When
 using socksv4 or 4a with curl, it completes perfectly.
