 I added a page that shows all graphs at once.

 It is based on a collection of SubgraphPanel, a slightly modified
 GraphPanel intended to hold only one graph and pass most events on to a
 shared SubgraphHandler instance that handles order, resizing, key focus
 and showing/hiding of graphs.

 To allow reordering of the graphs I added a reorderCurrentPanels method to
 Controller that reorders the active _pagePanels sublist.
