Comment:

 Are you sure you are running the latest Tor Browser Bundle?
 Maybe try deleting it completely and redownload/reinstall it again?

 Are you sure the onion-site you try to connect to is up and running?
 Have you tried to connect to other onion-sites?

 This sounds like a support request.
