 Parts of Atlas still use the old name "!TorStatus" which is confusing. I
 fixed that in my repository
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/phw/atlas.git in the branch `rename`.
 In particular, I:

  * Created a new banner. It simply says "Atlas" and has a small globe next
 to it. Here you can have a look:

 I'm quite open to a redesign if you don't like it or have better
 suggestions.
  * Used the same globe in the favicon.
  * Did an s/TorStatus/Atlas/ and s/Tor Status/Atlas/ in a couple of
 different locations.
