In case it wasn't clear, in my mockup, the drop down menu would be
unchanged from the current version of TorBrowser. I have only proposed to
add the circuit diagram UI on the right.

Probably we should rename this item "New Identities For All Sites" to make
its purpose clear.

I like these suggestions, so I've opened #12740.
