 i have noticed that users on some tor chat servers get disconnected all at
 the same time or near the same time (in a matter of maybe few minutes).

 since this bug appeared just recently but also affecting old v0.2.5.x
 versions, this makes me to think this bug is somehow exploited-triggered
 by someone because otherwise how this bug could affect chat users all at
 once? well, if this is a client issue only
