Comment:

 Hi bo0od. This arose because arm read from a truncated log file when
 trying to prepopulate tor's log messages. This often comes up due to
 running out of disk space, or otherwise having the tor process be unable
 to write to its log.

 Nyx, the rewrite that's in progress of arm, should be resilient to these
 issues. Feel free to reopen if you have any other questions.
