Comment:

 Ok, I pushed a commit to remove this. I tested a torbutton.xpi in TBB
 5.0a3 without the component, and it behaved properly with disk records
 enabled/disabled. I decided it wasn't worth waiting a round trip for the
 review of this simple removal. If you'd prefer I not just push stuff like
 that, let me know, but in this case it seemed unnecessary.
