Comment:

 Please see my branch bug19530-v2 on https://github.com/teor2345/tor.git

 It hex-encodes the fingerprint before printing it, and correctly supports
 retrying a successful bridge when downloading certificates.

 It also makes some consequential changes to the code to make it simpler
 and more robust.
