 replace disconnect with duckduckgo at once because:

 1. search.disconnect.me just have 3 options
  bing, with bad results.
  yahoo, now after they partnership with redirect all disconnect.me search
 to duckduckgo.
  and duckduckgo.

 2. search.disconnect.me redirect you to duckduckgo clearnet link, not the
 hidden service.

 3. if javascript is turn off it require you to click on a link for
 redirect to non javascript version.
