 0. User don't have to yell about recent Disconnect.Me issue.
 1. Add "Search.TorProject.Org" as Tor Project service like "check.tor...".
 2. No need to create engine, just use SEARX. [1]
 3. To protect from attack, allow access only from Tor IP address,
 repulse|deny else.
