 Right now it's pretty hard to find the jobs page. And there's nothing on
 the homepage indicating that we are currently seeking a browser developer.
 So I would like to propose adding a temporary "We're hiring!" link while
 the position is open. We can remove this link once the position is filled,
 and bring it back when more positions are available.
