Comment:

 I'm pretty far with the code and mostly concerned with sync, test-code,
 and debugging now.  This made made me aware of the webstats-log-files
 being the only files available on CollecTor (in future) that is not yet
 covered by metrics-lib.  For the sync-part I introduced a temporary
 'LogDescriptor' in CollecTor.

 Should I add a 'LogDescriptor' and its implementation to metrics-lib?  Are
 there any reasons why not?
