 The file
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/25882/debug.onionservice.log.xz
 debug.onionservice.log.xz] contains a (compressed via XZ) log from a Tor
 running two onion services, one v2 service and one v3 service.  Both of
 these services started at roughly 08:30 local time on 2018-07-10, although
 the log is from 2018-07-22 only.

 Since that time, a separate Tor client running on another network has
 tested circuits to both onion services twice per hour, once at :00 and
 once at :30.  (As of now that testing is still ongoing.)  During each
 test, clients would attempt to connect to the service up to four times in
 succession and then log a failure if they could never connect.

 The first failure was observed when the client could not reach the v3
 service on the seven occasions between 20:00 and 23:00, inclusive, on
 2018-07-22.

 The log shows how the onion service handled the failure.  Hopefully, this
 provides insight into the problem.  (Note that the client succeeded in
 reaching the onion service at 23:30.)
