Comment:

 this was a test to see if trac accepted new user registrations and new
 tickets.

 user registration works and asks a captcha.

 it also asks for a captcha on login, which i wasn't able to solve, but i
 was actually logged in so i can just bypass it and then was able to open
 this bug report.
