 This error usually means that Torbutton does not have write access to the
 area it is installed. Perhaps a write-protected USB drive, or a directory
 owned by a different user.

 The workaround is to tell Torbutton not to write cookies to disk under its
 Preferences->Security Settings->Cookies menu.
