 Taking the questions in reverse, you can anonymously report tickets on our
 trac. The login info is on the main page.

 The opendns breaking nxdomain is a common issue for people who configure
 opendns but neglect to opt out of the nxdomain redirect.  When you see it
 happen, go to vidalia's network map and look for the circuit with your
 destination in it.

 we are working on automated scanning of misconfigured exit nodes.
