 For a while I didn't see how this was actually being exposed, because
 nsIPluginManager still does not have scriptable interfaces. However, it
 turns out you can access the data via RDF. This happens in
 https://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.9.2/source/toolkit/mozapps/extensions/content/extensions.js
 in togglePluginDisabled()
