 Should we also try to add something into Vidalia?

 Having Tor Weather auto email when you get the Stable flag is neat, but I
 wonder how many new relays never even get to that point (or never set a
 workable email address in their ContactInfo line because they understand
 the risks of spam but don't know the benefits of having a usable
 contactinfo).
