 We've been relying upon youtube for playing tor videos.  However, since
 tbb doesn't support flash, this makes it a catch-22 for people.
 media.torproject.org could use ogg video and html5 video tags to make it
 easy to stream the videos for people.  tinyogg.com already exists, but
 does far more than media.tpo needs to do.  maybe we take some portion of
 the tinyogg codebase and morph it into a player structure for our videos.
