 arma commented a while ago about what he liked about having everything in
 separate windows (comparing to what Vidalia-0.3.X does right now with
 everything tabbed), and I liked the idea of having the best of both
 worlds.
 So here's a first approach to it: each tab, except the status tab, has a
 button to detach it and make it a separate window. To reattach them back
 to the main window, there's a menu that lists the detached tabs that can
 go back in.

 The code is in my branch chiiph/feat_detachtab.
