 Okay, I was able to test this and it works as intended. However, if check
 the "My ISP blocks [...]" and try to save it without setting any bridges,
 it says that the box will be unchecked and immediately exits settings
 altogether. My suggestion is to have it return back to the checkbox UI and
 give people a chance to actually add bridges, or uncheck the checkbox but
 still put them back in the UI.
