As far as I know, Tor 0.2.3.x breaks every few days and shipping 0.2.2.x
is much saner. The Torouter is an experiment in getting non-tech users to
run bridges. I don't see how we need to complicate that with shipping an
experimental version of Tor. There are enough people out there who can
help test 0.2.3.x when it's ready for testing in the wild. And at some
point we can also include it on the Torouter. I just don't think now is a
good time. if anyone wants to want to convince me otherwise, go for it...
