Comment:

 This might be a lot easier to implement if
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/blob/HEAD:/proposals/171
 -separate-streams.txt proposal 171] gets implemented. Getting a new
 identity would be a matter of generating a new random SOCKS username.
