actually did this the first few times I attempted to test bridges because
I didn't know to click the + sign after putting the bridge in the edit

Hrmm. I think this is enough of a reason to warrant doing the first-run
dialog for upgrade users too.. Or at least for upgrade users with this
weird option combo. They made a mistake somewhere in their config due to
confusing UI and they think they are getting a security property they
really aren't. This is bad. We should fix that situation.
