 A set of tests need to be written as the basic tests for OONI.
 Once the discussion of a test is completed it should be properly specified
 inside of the wiki page for it using the appropriate test template [1].

 What a test specification should contain is:

 <EXPLAIN WHAT THE TEST AIMS AT DETECTING>

 Inputs

 <WHAT DOES THE TEST TAKE AS INPUT>

 Experiment

 <WHAT IS BEING RUN ON THE TEST NETWORK>

 Control

 <WHAT OPERATION SHOULD BE DONE TO VERIFY CENSORSHIP>

 Output

 <WHAT IS RETURNED AS A RESULT IN THE REPORT>

 Questions

 <ARE THERE SOME OPEN QUESTIONS?>


 All the discussion regarding the test should be followed through it's trac
