Comment(by proper):

 One thing wrt the environment variable is bugged up when using desktop
 environments. export TB_STANDALONE works in console.

 But each desktop environment requires modifying a special file.

 Otherwise the graphical desktop ignores the environment variables.

 Is this expected? I don't think that's something I could fix with sh
 scripts?
