We have issues with how EFF's Panopticlick is run. It has inherent bias
against any change from established norms, even if that change is in the
direction of uniformity amongst a population.
See for example #4810.
As an alternative, perhaps we should set up our own instance of
Panopticlick to measure the variance *among* TBB users?
We could then add our own fingerprinting tests to this site as we see fit.
