 When building TBB cleanly it gives the following error:

 No rule to make target 'package' needed by ['<command-line>', 'package']
 make: *** [build-firefox] Error 2
 }}}

 It appears that the new Firefox source packages are different from when
 commit 4e405e9 was merged. (Which is why it didn't work for Linux in
 05d3f1b)

 My branch fix-win-build-ff fixes this issue by moving the 'package' target
 to the obj-dir
