 Hi, ok following first part, i got it:

 So with [https://stem.torproject.org/tutorials/to_russia_with_love.html
 #reading-twitter Read Twitter] they has deprecated api v1, now they
 recommend use [https://dev.twitter.com/blog/api-v1-is-retired 1.1].
 I was reading about changes in API and twitter forces
 [https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/overview#Authentication_required_on_all_endpoints
 auth to all requests] maybe tutorial needs some update about it or got how
 to make requests to twitter w/o authentification.
