 Another potentially useful information we could add to votes is the bwauth
 server that an authority uses.  I could add that information to the
 consensus-health page, so we have an easy way to figure out which
 authority uses which bwauth server.  Unless this information is "secret"
 for some reason.

 Not sure if this requires a new ticket.  It seemed related to this ticket.
 Happy to move to another ticket if required.
