 Note that I removed ALL node.js related code from `flashproxy.js` and
 moved it to a wrapper `flashproxy-node.js`.

 I also published it to the npm repository to make it easier for testers.
 All that's required to try it is,
 {{{
 npm install -g flashproxy
 flashproxy
 }}}
